La Tortilla uses premium local corn and water from Western Australia, to produce a gluten free, vegan friendly, preservative free, healthy bread alternative with a delicious rich nutty flavor.

Nutritious

Our corn is even more nutritious! The 'nixtamalization' process releases vitamin B3, significantly increases the calcium and protein availability of the corn, significantly reduces phytic acids (which block our absorption of zinc, calcium and other important minerals), and significantly reduces 'mycotoxins' (present in a lot of corn around the world), by up to 90 percent.
